Presentations will begin at 7:00 PM with our speakers:.

Lexie Zadorozniak will talk about her experience as a youth with chronic pain.
Lexie had a disc herniation a number of years ago and has been able to visit clinics in the USA because she was under 18.
Lexie will be an “adult patient” in the near future and a lot of the access to health care she had as a youth will no longer be available to her.
Come out and hear about Lexie’s experience of navigating the health care system as she moves from being a “youth” to being an “adult”.

Jennifer Stemmler is a Registered Physiotherapist and works with many patients who have persistent and complex pain.
Jennifer will describe and explain the numerous treatments that physiotherapy can offer people in chronic pain.
Jenn believes in treating the whole person to improve function and help each individual reach his or her specific goals through education and movement.
